Privacy Policy

Who is responsible for your information?

HOPE&GLORY PR LIMITED (company number 13665356), 71 Collier Street, London, N1 9BE, is the data controller for the Train Thru campaign. This means we decide why and how your personal information is used.

You can contact us about this notice or your data rights at [email protected].

Koko Digital Ltd provides website development, hosting and technical support for the campaign. Koko processes personal information only on our instructions and does not use it for its own purposes.

What information do we collect and why?

We collect your name, email address, mobile number, booking reference, selected journey, coach, seat and pizza choice. We also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

We use this information to:

  • confirm eligibility and manage your reservation;
  • prevent duplicate or fraudulent bookings;
  • send your confirmation and essential service messages; and
  • arrange preparation and delivery of your pizza to your seat.

We process reservation and fulfilment information because it is necessary to provide the service you request. We process duplicate-checking and security information where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating the campaign fairly and securely. If you do not provide the required booking information, we cannot accept or fulfil your reservation.

We do not use your booking information for marketing and do not make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who receives your information?

Access is limited to authorised Hope & Glory personnel, event staff and ambassadors who need the information to administer bookings and deliver orders, plus service providers acting on our instructions.

Domino’s receives only the non-identifying information required to prepare the orders: journey date and details, scheduled Preston time, pizza choice and quantities. Domino’s does not receive your name, contact details, booking reference, coach or seat from the current booking export.

Trainline does not receive your booking information.

Koko Digital Ltd and the hosting, transactional-email and website-security providers supporting the service process limited information on our behalf. If a provider processes information outside the UK, appropriate UK data-protection safeguards will be used. You can request details of those safeguards using the contact above.

How long do we keep it?

Booking information will be kept only until the Train Thru activation ends on 31 August 2026 and will then be securely deleted. Authorised recipients must also delete any downloaded or operational copies at that time.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to provide a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, transfer it, or consider an objection to its use. Contact [email protected] to make a request.
