Terms and Conditions

  • The Train Thru service will operate on direct Lumo services between London Euston and Stirling in both directions over the August Bank Holiday weekend (Saturday 29th August – Monday 31st August)
  • The service will be available while stocks last, first-served basis, with a limited number of pizzas available on each eligible journey
  • Passengers must pre-book their pizza via https://www.thetrainlinetrainthru.co.uk before travelling. Bookings will close at midnight each day before eligible journeys.
  • The service is available to passengers travelling on an eligible Lumo service with a valid booking confirmation and a seat reservation. Passengers can begin their journey at any station in the eligible route to qualify, providing it includes a scheduled stop at Preston station.
  • The Train Thru pizza delivery service is free of charge and does not require any additional ticket or payment
  • Pizza deliveries will take place during the train’s scheduled stop at Preston station and delivered to their reserved seat after departure at Preston station
  • Each eligible passenger can claim one free medium pizza per confirmed booking, and can choose between Domino’s Original Cheese and Tomato, Vegi Supreme, Pepperoni Passion and Plant-Based Margheri-tastic pizzas
  • Although Trainline and its partners intend to fulfill all orders following the designated stop at Preston, fulfillment remains subject to potential service disruptions, major delays, cancellations, schedule modifications, or other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control. Should delivery fail due to such disruptions, cancellations, route adjustments, delays, or external factors, the pizza cannot be provided and alternative delivery arrangements will not be available.
  • Passengers are responsible for checking any relevant dietary requirements and allergen information before selecting their pizza
  • Trainline reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion or these terms at any time if necessary due to operational, technical, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We’ll only use your details to manage your booking and fulfil your order. Relevant booking information may be shared with authorised campaign and fulfilment teams where necessary. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over travelling on qualifying trains.
  • Domino’s is responsible for the preparation, quality and allergen information of the pizzas… Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury or anything that can’t be excluded by law.   • This promotion is led by Trainline. The website is operated by Koko Digital, who collect your details and share them only with Domino’s (Preston) and Hope&Glory to make and deliver your pizza.   • This promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales.
  • By ordering a pizza,  you confirm you have read, accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the relevant terms and conditions of Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Limited (“DPUK”) available here: https://www.dominos.co.uk/legal/content/termsandconditions**, which apply to the preparation and quality of your pizza. Where those terms conflict with these promotion terms, these promotion terms prevail.**
  • DPUK is responsible for the preparation, quality and allergen information of the pizzas, but will not be responsible or liable for any pizza to the extent it has been tampered or interfered with by any third party  in circumstances outside of DPUK’s reasonable control.
  • You will not be entitled to any payment or cash alternative in place of a pizza.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
